Local charities and residents of Edith Weston should enquire directly for preferential rates.

Marquee hire is subject to renters collecting , erecting and returning as found to the village hall

Deposits and Cleaning

Edith Weston operates on a trust-based policy, so no deposit is required. We kindly ask for your support in leaving the hall as clean and tidy as you found it.

Please note that if the hall requires additional cleaning after your hire, a retrospective cleaning fee of upto £100 may be charged to cover the cost of external cleaners.

Payment Terms

Full balance due 7 days prior to the event date.

Refunds to conditions of cancellation.
